3. Zone Pro Does Not Sell Your Data

Zone Pro does not receive or store your Google or Microsoft password.

Zone Pro is designed to operate around campus, school, district, and organizational teams.

Depending on a user's role and permissions, authorized campus or district administrators may be able to access information associated with users belonging to their organization.

For example, authorized administrators or coordinators may be able to view:

Campus team membership
Scheduling activity
Facility usage
Requests
Approval information
Reports
Other operational information necessary to administer the campus

Users should understand that information entered into an organization-managed Zone Pro environment may be visible to authorized administrators of that organization.

7. User Responsibilities Regarding Information

Users should provide accurate information when creating and maintaining their Zone Pro accounts.

Users should not knowingly provide information that is:

False
Fraudulent
Misleading
Unlawful
Unnecessary sensitive personal information

Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the operation of Zone Pro.

8. School and Student Information

Zone Pro is primarily designed as a facility scheduling, campus operations, and team management platform.

Schools, districts, campuses, and other organizations are responsible for determining what information they enter into Zone Pro and whether that information is appropriate for their intended use of the Service.

Organizations should not enter unnecessary sensitive student information into Zone Pro.

Where applicable, schools and districts are responsible for determining their own obligations under laws, regulations, policies, and institutional requirements applicable to their use of the Service.

Zone Pro does not represent that every use of the Service will satisfy every legal or regulatory obligation applicable to a particular school, district, or organization.

9. AI Coach

Zone Pro may provide an artificial intelligence assistant known as "AI Coach" or "Coach."

AI Coach may process information provided by a user and information that the user is authorized to access within Zone Pro in order to respond to questions and perform supported functions.

AI Coach may assist with:

Scheduling
Facility information
Facility availability
Requests
Reports
Usage information
Other supported Zone Pro functions

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misunderstood.

Users should verify important information through the Zone Pro application and, when appropriate, with their campus administrator or other authorized personnel.

AI Coach is an assistive software feature and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

10. Voice Features

Certain Zone Pro features may allow users to interact with AI Coach using voice.

When voice functionality is used, audio or voice input may be processed by technology necessary to convert the user's speech into text and process the requested function.

The handling of voice information may depend on the technology providers used to provide this functionality.

Users should not provide sensitive or confidential information through voice features unless it is necessary for the requested Zone Pro function.

11. Notifications and Communications

Zone Pro may send communications related to the Service, including:

Account notifications
Campus invitations
Welcome messages
Facility request notifications
